Why the RCM ?为什么需要标注RCM？ 如何才能标注？
The RCM has recently (1 March 2013) been confirmed as the single compliance mark for all ACMA arrangements. The RCM indicates a device’s compliance with applicable ACMA technical standards—that is, for telecommunications, radiocommunications, EMC and EME.
Any person who applies the RCM label must be authorised to do so by the supplier.
Any person who applies labels without authorisation may be subject to prosecution for the misuse of a protected symbol.

How to mark the product with the RCM? RCM 在产品上如何标注？
According to AS/NZS 4417.1:2012, the RCM shall be placed on the external surface of the equipment as near as practical to the Model Number.

No , The equipment fall into the scope of LEVEL 3 Equipment (or Declared Article) and are considered as the high risk equipment need to conduct EESS registration.
However, Exemption for Supply Cords, Plugs, and Component Parts (permanently installed within other equipment) will apply
